1, forged steel valve is suitable for nominal pressure PN2.5, 4.0, 10.0, 14.0, 25.0Mpa, nominal diameter DN10 ~ 50mm high temperature, high pressure valve.Suitable medium for water, nitrogen and hydrogen mixed gas, urea and methylamine liquid, etc.

2. The stem and stem nut are driven by trapezoidal thread and the thread conforms to the provisions of GB5796.The head of the valve stem is designed with a conical sealing surface. When the valve is fully opened, the upper sealing seat of the valve cover is closely consistent without external leakage.

3. Body, bonnet and other pressure parts shall be forged as a whole (tire forging), and body flange can also be welded.Valves are available in the form of flanged, socket and threaded connections.

4, the valve seat and body connection has threaded connection, welding, on the valve body to surfacing alloy layer or stainless steel valve directly in the body from the processing.The thickness of surfacing layer is greater than or equal to 2mm.
